Don Detampel

Chief Executive Officer

With over two decades of senior executive experience within Internet infrastructure, telecommunications and web technology companies, Don joined Raindance as CEO in January of 2004. Don previously served on Raindance's board of directors. Prior to accepting the president and CEO role at Raindance, Don served as chairman and CEO of OneSecure, Inc., an innovative provider of network security products that was acquired by NetScreen Technologies in 2002. Before joining OneSecure, Don served as president of GlobalCenter, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Crossing that provided complex web hosting and content distribution services to major Internet portals including Yahoo, Google and Microsoft. Under Don's leadership, revenues at GlobalCenter grew from $28 million to over $200 million in 24 months. Don formerly served as president of Frontier Communications' Enhanced Services Group, president of ConferTech International and president of LinkUSA Corporation. Early in his career, Don founded and served as president of Schneider Communications. Don is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin, with a BA in Mathematics and a BS in Physics.

Peter Holst

President and Chief Operating Officer

As Raindance’s president and chief operating officer, Peter has operational responsibility for sales, engineering, marketing, account management, client services, professional services and operations. Peter brings fifteen years of business development and management experience to the position, as well as six years of experience working in an executive business development role at Raindance. Prior to his appointment to COO in January 2006, Peter served as senior vice president of corporate development, in which he was responsible for domestic and international strategic alliances, mergers and partnerships. Before joining the company in October 2000, Peter served as vice president of corporate development for LyncStar Communications, a broadband services company, and was responsible for directing several strategic corporate and business development initiatives in North America. Prior to LyncStar, Peter managed the U.S. sales division as director of sales for Autoskill International, a software company. Peter holds a bachelors degree with a concentration in finance from the University of Ottawa.

Nicholas J. Cuccaro

Chief Financial Officer

An industry veteran with over 30 years experience in executive and financial management of both public and private companies, Nicholas brings to Raindance extensive knowledge in creating, staffing and developing advanced finance divisions. Nicholas formerly served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of NetLibrary, an electronic book publisher. Prior to that he had operating responsibility as president and CEO of the former Neodata Services, Inc., a data mining, magazine and product fulfillment company with revenues exceeding $700M, which was acquired by EDS and renamed Centrobe. He has also held various senior executive positions at large organizations such as Intel and Hoffmann LaRoche and small companies both public and private. Nicholas is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BBA degree from St. John's University in Queens, NY.

Todd Vernon

Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer

Todd is responsible for the design, development and operations of Raindance's web and phone-based conferencing services, technologies and network. He has more than 15 years of experience designing, developing and managing complex real-time software systems in a variety of sectors. Prior to co-founding Raindance, Todd served as product architect and lead developer for Rogue Wave Software, where he was responsible for the design and development of the company's Inter.Net.h++ commercial software library. Before joining Rogue Wave, Todd was a senior software engineer at Evolving Systems, Inc., where he led a team of engineers in the design of the user interface of a large client/server development effort for GTE. From 1987 to 1994, Todd served as senior systems engineer at NASA Dryden Flight Research Facility, developing hardware and software systems that manage dynamic data in real time. Todd received his BS in electrical engineering technology from Central Missouri State University in 1985.

Stephanie A. Anagnostou

Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Stephanie, who practiced primarily in the areas of corporate finance and general representation of emerging technology companies in the Internet, information technology and telecommunications industries at Cooley Godward LLP in Boulder, CO, joined Raindance in April 2000. She represented both privately held and public companies in a wide range of transactions including private placements, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and strategic partnerships. She holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she was a McAuliffe Scholar and a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Business Associations and Corporations, and a BA in Mass Communications with an emphasis in business from the University of California in Los Angeles.

Kenneth Mesikapp, CPA

Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting

A licensed accountant with over 12 years of public accounting experience, Kenneth joined Raindance in December of 1997, as the corporate controller and was promoted to vice president in October of 1999. He is primarily responsible for Raindance's financial reporting, tax compliance and human resources. Prior to joining Raindance, Kenneth was audit manager for Brock & Company CPAs in Boulder, Colorado, where he focused primarily on performing audits, reviews, tax planning, preparation and compliance. Kenneth received his BA in Accounting from the University of Illinois in Chicago. He currently holds a public accountant's license in Illinois and Colorado.

Bryce L. Ambraziunas

Senior Vice President of Operations

Bryce built Raindance's industry-leading conferencing architecture and operations team from the ground up, developing a system and support staff with the capability to handle in excess of 4 million conferencing minutes per day. He joined Raindance in 1998 as director of audio operations and in 1999 was promoted to vice-president of operations overseeing audio conferencing, web conferencing and video streaming. In his role as vice-president, Bryce was integral in building one of the industry's first SS7-routed conferencing platforms at Raindance. Formerly an executive manager of UK operations for Frontier Videoconferencing, Bryce brings to Raindance a solid background in establishing and managing an international call center. Prior to LINK-VTCs merger with ConferTech and then Frontier Communications, he served as technical account executive for LINK-VTCs video conferencing offering. Bryce earned his BA in Economics from the University of California in Santa Cruz in 1992.

Brad Dupee

Vice President of Channel Sales

With more than 13 years experience in the telecommunication and technology industries, Brad brings to Raindance a comprehensive background in business development, marketing and sales management. As vice president of channel sales, Brad focuses on identifying and exploiting new channels for our web and phone conferencing services to form new revenue-generating relationships. Brad joined Raindance in June 1999 as vice president of business development. Prior to joining Raindance, Brad served in a variety of leadership roles for sales, marketing and business development at Hill|Holliday Interactive (now Zentropy Partners), a technology marketing consultancy and Echomail, Inc., a private CRM consultancy. Brad received his bachelor's degree in finance from Bentley College.

Neal Nicholas

Vice President of North American Sales

Neal brings 15 years of sales leadership experience in the telecommunications industry to Raindance with successes in revenue growth, strategic planning and team building. Neal is responsible for managing the direct sales organization and developing and managing strategic sales processes. Prior to joining Raindance, Neal was the regional VP of field sales for Vialog Group Communications where he focused on winning Fortune 100 companies and managed a base of more than 6,000 customers. Vialog was acquired by Genesys Conferencing in 2000 and Neal became the VP of national sales at Genesys where he managed direct and inside sales teams to assist in producing revenues in excess of $200 million and led customer growth programs that resulted in a 50% increase in volume. Neal's vast experience in the collaborative communications space also includes holding sales leadership positions at Ameritech EBS, 1-800-Video-On and MCI. Neal received his BS in liberal arts and science from Northern Illinois University.

Tom Hart

Vice President of Client Services

Tom joined Raindance in 1999 in the operations department where he played an instrumental role in creating the industry's premier technical support and customer service team. As the former director of operations, Tom holds a comprehensive understanding of Raindance’s technical architecture and conferencing platforms. Most importantly, Tom’s experience gave him a passionate commitment to the success of our customers’ remote communications. Prior to joining Raindance, Tom worked as a research analyst with one of the nation's most prestigious law firms, Choate, Hall, & Stewart LLP in Boston, MA. Before Choate, Tom conducted human rights advocacy work throughout Northern Ireland while he earned an advanced certificate in Peace and Conflict Studies. Tom has studied at Trinity College, Dublin, Queens University, Belfast and the University of Ulster, Derry. He holds a BA from the University of Colorado, Boulder where he studied history and political science.
