International Calling Instructions

InterCall offers conference moderators three simple ways to connect with international participants over the web and/or the phone:

1. Provide a toll-free dial-in number to international participants

InterCall now offers toll-free numbers for participants located in the following countries:

All participants enter the same conference ID to gain access to your conference.

What are the charges? As the moderator, you will be charged a higher per-minute rate for international participant lines. A price list is available upon request by contacting your client services manager at the number below.

Your client services manager can assist you in setting up your company or individual moderators with this feature. Please contact your client services manager by phone at 877.549.2048 or e-mail clientservices@intercall.com.

2. Distribute the international dial-in number on your moderator card

International participants may elect to dial a U.S. toll number to be connected to your conference if they are located outside of the countries listed above or have negotiated low-cost long distance rates to the U.S.

What are the charges? As the moderator, you will be charged your standard per-minute rate for any participants who dial this number. Your international participants will incur long distance fees.

3. Dial out to the international participants

As the moderator, you may also elect to dial out to your international participant once you have started the conference. Follow these instructions:

• Press *1 on your telephone keypad.
• Enter the phone number of the participant including country code followed by the # sign.
• If you reach the participant, press *1 again to join the participant into the conference.
• If you do not reach the participant, press *3 to cancel the dial-out and place yourself back into conference.
• If you need assistance, press *0 on your telephone keypad to speak with an operator.

What are the charges? As the moderator, you will be charged at a higher rate to dial out to international participants. A price list is available upon request by contacting your client services manager at 877.549.2048. The international participant does not incur additional long distance.
