InterCall Web Meeting

Start a Meeting

To start a meeting in your own meeting room, launch InterCall Web Meeting from the icon on your desktop. When the welcome screen appears, click 'Start A Meeting.'

Join a Meeting

Please note you only need the moderator's conference ID to join InterCall Web Meeting.

To join a meeting:

  1. Go to www.intercall.com/raindance.
  2. Click the 'Join a Call / Meeting' button.
  3. In the InterCall Web Meeting login box, enter the conference ID provided to you by the moderator.
  4. If you haven’t installed InterCall Web Meeting, you will also need to enter your name and e-mail address then choose to participate with the full version or light version. If you’re not sure which version to use, go to the ‘Help me choose’ page.
  5. Click the 'Join Meeting' button.
  6. The InterCall Web Meeting tool will automatically start up, and you will be placed in the meeting room.
  7. Once the moderator joins, you will be presented with a prompt asking for your telephone number. Enter the number where you can be reached, and InterCall Web Meeting will dial you into the meeting.

Reservationless Conferencing
For Moderators

Start a Meeting

On the Phone
  1. Using a touchtone phone, enter the 'Dial In' number listed on your moderator card.
  2. When prompted, enter your conference ID and press the '#' key.
  3. Enter your PIN and press the '#' key.

On the Web
To start an audio conference over the web:
  1. Go to www.intercall.com/raindance.
  2. Click 'Moderator Login'.
  3. In the Reservationless Conferencing login box enter your conference ID and PIN as listed on your moderator card.
  4. Once you are logged into your account, you are presented with several options. Select 'Conference Now.'
  5. Select your dialing option. If you would like us to dial you, enter your phone number in the field shown. If you select no, you will be provided with dial-in instructions for you to use manually over your phone.

If you've lost your conference ID and PIN...

Call the Raindance customer support team at 888.966.8686. Or follow these steps to have Raindance e-mail you the information:

  1. Go to www.intercall.com/raindance.
  2. Click the 'Moderator Login' button.
  3. Click 'Forgot your login?'
  4. Provide the e-mail address you used to sign up for your account, and your conference ID and PIN will be sent to you within minutes.

Join a Meeting

On the Phone
  1. Using a touchtone phone, enter the 'Dial In' number provided to you by the moderator.
  2. When prompted, enter the conference ID provided to you by the moderator and press the '#' key.

On the Web
To join an audio conference over the web:

  1. Go to www.intercall.com/raindance.
  2. Click "Join a Call / Meeting".
  3. Enter your name, e-mail address and the conference ID provided to you by the moderator.
  4. You will be presented with telephone dial-in instructions.
  5. If the moderator has not yet joined, you will be placed on hold.

Web Conferencing Pro
For Moderators
For Participants

Start a Meeting


This service is not accessible from www.intercall.com/raindance. Instead, you must direct your browser to your company's designated web site to start and join events. If you need the web address for a Web Conferencing Pro site, contact your company administrator, or contact our client services team at 877.549.2048 or clientservices@intercall.com.

For further instructions during your call, please see the Web Conferencing Pro Quick Reference Guide. If you need assistance, dial *0 to speak with a conference operator.

Join a Meeting


This service is not accessible from www.intercall.com/raindance. You will need to contact the moderator or organizer to receive the web address and event number.
