Can I schedule an event in advance?
Yes, Raindance Web Conferencing Pro includes powerful scheduling tools that let you set up your events, promote them on your site and manage participant registration. However, if you expect fewer than 125 participants at your event, you do not need to schedule in advance, since your virtual conference room is always available.
How many people can participate in a Raindance Web Conferencing Pro seminar?
Raindance Web Conferencing Pro can support up to 2,500 simultaneous participants on the web. If you expect more than 100 participants, 12-hour advance notice is required.
How is the service priced?
Raindance Web Conferencing Pro has two pricing models, a flexible per-minute option or a fixed-price subscription. List price for the per-minute model is $.49 per minute per web user (with additional charges for audio usage). Subscription prices vary by customer based on several factors; if you are interested in learning about subscription pricing, we recommend you discuss the many options with a Raindance account representative. Corporate users with a non-customized interface receive a unique URL with the ability to sign up unlimited moderator accounts for a one-time $1,000 set-up fee, while those who want a custom-branded site have a one-time $3,000 set-up fee. All web seminar moderators are automatically set up with a Reservationless Conferencing account, which can be used in conjunction with Raindance Web Conferencing Pro, Raindance Meeting Edition, or as a standalone audio conferencing service.
Can I record a web seminar?
Yes, for an additional fee you can record both the web and audio portions of a Raindance Web Conferencing Pro seminar event simply by clicking the 'Record' button on the interface. How can I secure my web seminar?
Raindance Web Conferencing Pro comes with both standard and optional security features. To prevent unauthorized access to your seminar, you can lock your conference, dial out to your participants, view a real-time participant list or dismiss participants from the conference. What are the system requirements for moderators?
Raindance Web Conferencing Pro runs on almost any Java-enabled web browser. It deploys with minimal bandwidth, and no additional client downloads or plug-ins (beyond Java) are required.

- Web browser: Internet Explorer 5.x or greater or Netscape 4.75, 4.79, 4.80, 7.1
- A computer with at least a 28.8 Kbps Internet connection
- Any Pentium class chip 266 MHz or equivalent
